Certificate Course on Medical Ultrasound

This course provides students with the expertise and confidence to perform and interpret complex medical ultrasound cases within their clinical practice. This course provides medical professionals with advanced knowledge needed to utilise ultrasound within their practice.

Admission Requirements: Must be MBBS or MD.

Admission time : Admission is open in the Month of March, June, September and December

Course Duration : 3 Months

Credit Points : 12 credits

Course Session : The will be four sessions in a year.

• Winter session From 1st January to 30th March
• Spring Session From 1st April to 30th June
• Summer From 1st July to 30th September
• Fall Session From 1st October to 30st December

Unit 2 (Week) Ultrasonography for Liver

Unit 3 (Week 3) Ultrasonography for Gall bladder and biliary channel

Unit 4 (Week 4) Ultrasonography for Pancreases and Spleen

Unit 5 (Week 5) Ultrasonography for Kidneys, Ureter and Urinary bladder

Unit 6 (Week 6) Ultrasonography for Prostate and Uterus

Unit 7 (Week 7) Ultrasonography for Trauma and peritoneum

Unit 8 (Week 8) Ultrasonography for Early Pregnancy, 1st Trimester Amniotic Fluid and Ovary

Unit 9 (Week 9) Ultrasonography for Ultrasonography for 2nd Trimester and Third Trimester Pregnancy

Unit 10 (Week 10) Ultrasonography for Abortion, Ectopic pregnancy and other abnormal pregnancy

Unit 11 (Week 11) Review Class
